ICDLT 2026 is the flagship conference of the IEEE Blockchain Technical Community — the 2nd edition, held in Alcobaça, Portugal. It brings together researchers, engineers, and practitioners working on the full stack of distributed ledger technologies.
Blockchain is enabling secure decentralization across digital finance, IoT, cyber-physical systems, and federated learning. ICDLT 2026 is the venue to present novel contributions in theory, systems, protocols, and real-world applications. Accepted papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore® subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.
